Persqo ("we", "us") provides automated usability testing using AI personas. These terms govern your use of the Persqo website, app, API and MCP server.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
You may only run testers on domains you own or are authorized to test. We require domain verification before any run. Testing third-party sites without permission is prohibited.
Testers follow the tasks, forbidden actions and limits you configure. You are responsible for configuring a safe environment. We recommend staging and test accounts.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. The account stops when the session cap is reached. Prices in shekels are before VAT. USD prices are the advertised amounts.
You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Unused sessions do not roll over and are not refunded, except where required by law.
Screenshots, logs and reports belong to you. We keep them for 30 days by default and process them only to provide the service.
You may not use Persqo to overload, attack, scrape or bypass security of any system, or to generate fake engagement, reviews or accounts on third-party platforms.
The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. AI testers can miss issues and are not a substitute for your own QA.
