What you bring
- Proven B2B or enterprise sales experience, ideally in dev tools, QA, DevOps or SaaS.
- A warm network among QA and R&D managers at large Israeli tech companies.
- Fluent Hebrew and English.
- Self-driven.
Compensation
- Commission-only at this stage: 20% of first-year contract value, and 10% on the year-two renewal.
- A path to a base salary plus bonuses after the initial closed deals.
