Legal
End User License Agreement
Last updated October 25, 2026.
1. The apps
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Persqo, Caesarea Business Park, Caesarea, Israel, for the Persqo app on Jira Cloud and the Persqo app on monday.com (together, the "Apps"). By installing an App, connecting it to a Persqo workspace, or clicking agree, you agree to this EULA. If you install an App for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.
The Apps call the Persqo service. The Terms of Service govern that service. The Privacy Policy explains the personal data the Apps process. If this EULA and the Terms conflict on an App, this EULA controls. Contact hello@persqo.com.
2. License
Persqo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps on a Jira site or a monday.com account that you administer, for your own internal business, during the time your Persqo account is allowed to use them. The license is for the number of sites and boards you connect. It is not a sale of the Apps.
You will not rent, sublicense, or share the Apps, reverse engineer them except where a non-waivable law allows a limited right to do so, or remove a notice of ownership. You will not use an App to build a competing dataset from other customers' issues.
3. What the Jira app does
Persqo for Jira reads issues on the Jira Cloud site you connect. Depending on how you install it, that is a Connect app, an OAuth install from Persqo, or the Forge app. The data stored is the issue id, issue key, summary, description text, status name, custom-field text needed for the reproduction, attachment file names, and the site URL. Attachment file bytes are not downloaded.
The issue panel shows whether Persqo reproduced the issue, and a member can start a reproduction from that panel. New and updated issues can be ingested through a Jira webhook. OAuth scopes requested for the marketplace install are read:jira-work, write:jira-work, manage:jira-webhook, and offline_access. The Connect app requests READ and WRITE. Write access is used only as section 5 describes. Persqo does not transition a Jira issue.
4. What the monday.com app does
The monday.com app reads items on the board you choose. During install you pick the board, the group, and an optional status column. Items created in other groups are not ingested. The item view shows the reproduction status, and a member can start a reproduction from that view. A recipe can start a reproduction when an item is created in the group you chose.
The data stored is the monday account id, board id, item id, item name, group id, the column text needed to reproduce the item, and the optional status column id. OAuth scopes are boards:read, boards:write, updates:write, and webhooks:write. Write scopes are used only as section 5 describes.
5. Write-back
Write-back is off until an admin of the Persqo workspace sets post_back to on. While it is off, Persqo keeps the reproduction comment in Persqo and does not write it to Jira or monday.com, and it does not change a monday.com status column.
When post_back is on:
- Jira: Persqo can add a comment on the issue. It does not change the issue status, the assignee, or other fields.
- monday.com: Persqo can post an update on the item and can set the one status column named on the install.
A member of the workspace can also post one stored comment. That post writes to Jira or monday.com because the member asked for it, including when post_back is off. Tokens and shared secrets used for these calls are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
6. Your duties
You confirm that:
- You have the right to install the App on that Jira site or monday.com account, and to grant the scopes in sections 3 and 4.
- You will use the App only to reproduce issues on sites you own or are authorized to test, as the Terms require.
- Issue and item text may contain personal data of your customers or staff. You have the lawful basis and the notices required for Persqo to process that text, and for a model provider to process the portion needed to reproduce the issue. You are the controller of that data. Persqo is the processor, on the data processing terms in the Privacy Policy.
- You will review a comment before you rely on it, and you will turn
post_backon only if you want Persqo to write to that workspace.
7. Marketplace terms
Atlassian Marketplace terms apply between you and Atlassian for the Jira installation. monday.com marketplace terms apply between you and monday.com for the monday.com installation. Those platform terms control the relationship with the platform, including how the platform bills a paid listing and how the platform handles its own account data. This EULA controls the relationship with Persqo for the App. Persqo is the vendor of the Apps. Atlassian and monday.com are not parties to this EULA.
8. Intellectual property
Persqo owns the Apps, the panel, and the Persqo name and mark. You keep ownership of your Jira and monday.com content. You grant Persqo a license to process that content only to provide the App and the reproduction you requested. The reports stored in your Persqo workspace are yours, on the same terms as other reports under the Terms of Service.
9. Support
Support for the Apps is by email to hello@persqo.com. The public product page is persqo.com. A marketplace listing can name that email and https://persqo.com as the support contact. We aim to answer a support email within two business days. That aim is a target, not a guaranteed service level, unless a separate written plan says otherwise.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available". A reproduction can be wrong or incomplete. To the maximum extent Israeli law allows, we disclaim the warranties listed in the Terms of Service, and the liability cap and the excluded damages in the Terms apply to the Apps. Those limits do not apply where Israeli law does not allow a limit, including fraud, willful misconduct, and bodily injury caused by negligence.
You will cover Persqo for a third-party claim to the extent it arises from content in your Jira or monday.com workspace, from installing the App without authority, or from a write-back you enabled, on the same indemnity process as the Terms.
11. Term and uninstall
This EULA lasts until you uninstall the App or we terminate it. You can uninstall at any time from Jira, from monday.com, or by disconnecting the install in Persqo. Disconnecting stops new ingest and disables that source. It does not delete tickets already stored in Persqo. Delete those from the workspace, or email a deletion request under the Privacy Policy.
We can suspend or terminate an App if you materially breach this EULA or the Terms, if the platform requires it, or if continuing the App creates a security risk. Where the breach can be fixed, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to fix it. When the license ends, you will stop using the App. Sections on intellectual property, confidentiality incorporated from the Terms, liability, and governing law survive.
12. Changes
We can update this EULA by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. For a material change, we will email the account address or show a notice in the product at least 14 days before it applies, unless a shorter period is needed for a legal or security reason. If you keep the App installed after the effective date, the new EULA applies. If you do not agree, uninstall the App before that date.
13. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the State of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer who has a non-waivable right to sue in the country where they live keeps that right. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
