Persqo Shops × Pandi Panda

A living case study: Persqo's agents test and improve Pandi Panda, a panda t-shirt brand built with Claude, every week. Week 1: the starting point.

Pandi Panda (thepandipanda.com) sells cute and funny panda t-shirts and more, printed on demand and shipped worldwide. The brand was built with Claude. Every week, Persqo's agents test the store, fix what they find and report back here. This page is updated weekly.

About the store

  • Built as a custom Next.js store on Vercel, with print-on-demand fulfilment through Printful. It is not a Shopify store.
  • 17 designs across 40 product types, from tees and hoodies to mugs, phone cases and wall art, plus family sets.
  • Also sold on Etsy, and the brand runs Pandi TV, a weekly animated series on TikTok and YouTube.

Week 1 (Oct 31, 2026): the starting point

What was already good

  • Every sampled page loaded with a 200 status in 0.5 to 1.2 seconds.
  • Unique titles, canonical tags and a language tag on every page.
  • Product structured data on product pages and an FAQ page.
  • An llms.txt file with the full catalog and prices, which most stores don't have.

What we found

  • Not found in search. A site: search returned 0 results. A search for "Pandi Panda" t-shirts surfaces a different brand with the same name.
  • A broken host. http://www.thepandipanda.com returns an HTTP 500 error.
  • Checkout friction. Submitting an empty checkout form flags only the state or province field, not the other required fields. Add to cart gives no visible confirmation beyond the header count, and shipping cost stays hidden until the shopper presses "Calculate shipping".
  • Images without descriptions. About half the images have empty alt text, including the main design image on every product page.
  • Incomplete product data. Product schema has no SKU, color, material, size, shipping details or return policy, and there are no reviews.
  • Heavy pages. The shop page is 226KB of HTML, and the main product image is lazy-loaded, which can slow down the first view.

Persqo's own store test on Pandi Panda also improved Persqo itself. The store uses its own URL structure, and the first runs could not find a product page. That led to the deeper product discovery that now ships for every store test.

What Persqo's agents are fixing

  1. Get the site indexed: submit the sitemap and request indexing.
  2. Fix the http://www redirect.
  3. Add alt text to product and design images.
  4. Complete the product data: SKU, color, material, size, shipping and returns.
  5. Clean up the sitemap and lighten the heaviest pages.
  6. Make checkout errors clear and confirm add to cart.
